OPHS' CEA Class Tours Buffalo’s Historic Architecture

The Civil Engineering and Architecture (CEA) class recently explored Buffalo’s rich historic architecture, visiting some of the city’s grandest and most iconic buildings. Students had the chance to see up close the craftsmanship and design that make Buffalo’s architecture so unique. One highlight of their trip was a stop at the Darwin D. Martin House, designed by the legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright, where they learned more about his distinctive style and lasting influence on American architecture.

Orchard Park Drama Club Presents Never After Happily

The Orchard Park High School Drama Club is proud to present their fall play, Never After Happily by Cindy Marcus. An enchanting comedy filled with familiar fairy tale characters, the show boasts a large cast of 25 members. The cast has been rehearsing since September and is very excited to present this play to the Orchard Park community. Directed by Maria Szczepanik, Never After Happily opens Thursday, November 13 at 7:00pm and continues performances Friday, November 14, at 7:00 pm and Saturday, November 15, at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for senior citizens (age 62 and up). Tickets may be purchased at the door. Performances are at the Orchard Park High School, 4040 Baker Road.

Universal Free Lunch

Starting in the 2025–2026 school year, all New York State schools, including those in the Orchard Park Central School District, will provide free breakfast and lunch to all students. The cost of meals will be fully covered by state reimbursement. Each student is eligible to receive one free breakfast and one free lunch per day.
