OPHS' CEA Class Tours Buffalo’s Historic Architecture

Students pose in front of the Darwin Martin House

The Civil Engineering and Architecture (CEA) class recently explored Buffalo’s rich historic architecture, visiting some of the city’s grandest and most iconic buildings. Students had the chance to see up close the craftsmanship and design that make Buffalo’s architecture so unique. One highlight of their trip was a stop at the Darwin D. Martin House, designed by the legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright, where they learned more about his distinctive style and lasting influence on American architecture.
